Loozap is a social network and information service. It is not a broker, bank, investment firm or investment adviser, and it is not licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, the French AMF or any other financial regulator to provide investment services.

Posts, comments, Articles, stances, Ratings, Sentiment, Collections, Trending lists, news, prices and all other content on Loozap are general information for educational and discussion purposes only. None of it is:

• personal investment, tax, legal or accounting advice;
• a recommendation that any financial instrument or strategy is suitable for you;
• an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything.

Before making an investment decision, do your own research and consider your objectives, financial situation and experience. If you are unsure, speak to a licensed financial adviser.

Member content is the author's own view

Everything posted by members, creators and Pages reflects the views of the person or organization that posted it, not Loozap. We do not check the accuracy of member content before it is published. Authors may hold positions in the instruments they discuss and may buy or sell at any time without telling you. If an Article shows "Not provided" or "No disclosure supplied", the author did not say whether they hold a position. Do not assume they don't.

Sentiment, Ratings and watcher counts

• Sentiment shows the share of distinct members who tagged a public post about an instrument #Bullish or #Bearish over the last 7 or 30 days. It counts each author once per period and is hidden until at least 5 authors have tagged posts. It measures what a small, self-selected group says. It does not predict prices.
• Ratings show the latest stance each author gave in an Article about the instrument within the last 90 days. They are opinions, not buy, hold or sell recommendations from Loozap.
• Watcher counts show how many members watch an instrument. Watching is not the same as owning.
• Trending ranks instruments by how many public posts mention them in the last 7 days, not by performance or quality.

Any of these can be skewed by coordinated activity, which our Community Rules forbid and which we work to remove.

Collections

Collections are lists of instruments put together by members or by Loozap staff. They are not model portfolios, and no Collection is a recommendation to buy the instruments in it.

Official company Pages

An Official badge means we checked that a Page belongs to the company that issued the instrument. The company alone is responsible for what it posts. The badge does not mean we have verified the company's statements or endorse its securities.

News

News items are written by third-party publishers, and each links to the original. We label each item as independent news, a company release (written by the company itself) or a regulatory filing. We do not verify each story. Always check the original source.

Market data

• Loozap does not yet show live prices or charts. Instrument pages say so where a price would appear. When we add market data, we will name the provider here and show whether prices are delayed or real-time.
• Any prices we show will be in the instrument's trading currency. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and they are not suitable for making trades.
• Market data remains the property of its providers and the exchanges. You may not redistribute it.
• Index names (for example CAC 40) and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Loozap is not sponsored, endorsed or promoted by any index provider, exchange or issuer.

Risk warning

• Investing involves risk, including the loss of all the money you invest. The value of investments can fall as well as rise.
• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
• Crypto-assets are highly volatile, may be lightly regulated or unregulated, and may not be covered by investor protection schemes.
• Leveraged products such as CFDs, futures and options can lose more than your initial investment.
• Small and illiquid companies can be easy targets for manipulation. Be especially cautious with posts that hype them.

Courses and educational material on Loozap, including courses sold by members, are for learning only and are subject to this Disclaimer. Completing a course does not qualify you to give investment advice.

Loozap links to publishers, company websites and other third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

Availability and liability
