Our commitment

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to follow markets and take part in conversations on Loozap. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

Compliance status

Loozap has not yet been formally audited against these guidelines, so we can't yet claim that it meets them. We will publish the results here once an audit is done.

What works today

• Light and dark modes.
• The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops.

Known limitations

• Charts and other visual market displays may not have text alternatives yet.
• Images and videos posted by members often lack text descriptions or captions. We can't add these for members.
• Some older parts of the platform (for example parts of chat, stories and reels) and embedded third-party content may not work fully with screen readers or keyboard navigation.
• Some colour combinations, such as the green and red used for gains and losses, may not have enough contrast for every user, or may be the only sign of direction.
